You can go as an English teacher; as a doctor to run health campaigns or as an specialist in trauma to work with Peruvian families. Whatever your area of expertise, you will be welcome in Peru. You can do volunteer work in Lima for 4-5 hours a day for 2 weeks living with a Peruvian family and receiving Spanish classes.
